An intimate cooking experience above the rooftops of the historic center. Sunset aperitivo, fresh pasta made with the chef, tiramisù, and tasting of what you created.
The Experiences
3 hrs · up to 6 guests
We start with a sunset aperitivo. Then hands in the dough: one pasta shape of your choice — tagliatelle, ravioli, tonnarelli, fettuccine or gnocchi. Together we also make the tiramisù. We close at the table, tasting everything you created, with Castelli wine.

The Chef
I've been cooking since I was a kid, in my mother's restaurant — traditional Roman cuisine, no shortcuts. I graduated from the Italian Chef Academy and worked my way through catering and high-end kitchens. Today I've decided to bring all of that home, on my terrace just steps from Piazza di Spagna. No more crowded dining rooms: just you, your guests, the rooftops of Rome and a dinner cooked the way it's done in family — but with a chef's hand.

The Evening

I welcome you on the terrace with a glass and a few bites, while the sun sets over Piazza di Spagna.

For the cooking class: one type of fresh pasta side by side, then tiramisù. Chef techniques, family pace.

We dine on what you created (or what the chef plates), with Castelli wine and warm bread.

Coffee, maybe a digestivo, and long conversations to close the evening the right way.

A perfect evening in Rome! Alessandro and his mother are the perfect hosts. They surprised us with little bites and treats all evening. We enjoyed the gorgeous views from the terrace and an even better sunset. Learning to roll out pasta by hand was an experience we will carry with us for years to come. Such a unique and gorgeous experience. You must do it while in Rome. Ciao!
